Home prices increased in North Bethesda during August 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2021 in North Bethesda rose by $100,500 while total sales increased by 41.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2021, there were 99 homes sold, with a median sale price of $585,000 - a 20.7% increase over the $484,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 70 homes sold in North Bethesda in August 2020.

The median sales tax in North Bethesda for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,862, approximately 0.8% of the median home sale price for August 2021.
