Rising home prices in Darnestown in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Darnestown rose by $65,000 while total sales decreased by 16%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 21 homes sold, with a median sale price of $825,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $760,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Darnestown in the first quarter of 2020.
