Home prices increased in Dickerson during the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Dickerson rose by $195,707 while total sales increased by 100%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $524,000 - a 59.6% increase over the $328,294 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Dickerson in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Dickerson for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $4,459, approximately 0.9% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
