Derwood home prices fell in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Derwood fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 12.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 43 homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000 - a 5.8% decrease over the $520,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 49 homes sold in Derwood in the first quarter of 2020.

The median sales tax in Derwood for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $5,150, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for the first quarter of 2021.
