Median home prices in Forest Glen fell to $448,750 in the first quarter of 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in Forest Glen fell by $51,250 while total sales increased by 47.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 28 homes sold, with a median sale price of $448,750 - a 10.3% decrease over the $500,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Forest Glen in the first quarter of 2020.
