The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2021 in North Bethesda fell by $21,250 while total sales increased by 6.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2021, there were 166 homes sold, with a median sale price of $410,000 - a 4.9% decrease over the $431,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 156 homes sold in North Bethesda in the first quarter of 2020.
