Falling home prices in Bethesda in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in Bethesda fell by $2,500 while total sales decreased by 17.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 51 homes sold, with a median sale price of $960,000 - a 0.3% decrease over the $962,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 62 homes sold in Bethesda in March 2020.

The median sales tax in Bethesda for the most recent year with available data, 2020, was $9,425, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for March 2021.
