Home prices increased in North Potomac during March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in North Potomac rose by $75,000 while total sales increased by 28.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $760,000 - a 10.9% increase over the $685,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in North Potomac in March 2020.
