Median home prices in North Bethesda fell to $397,000 in March 2021

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2021 in North Bethesda fell by $72,850 while total sales decreased by 22%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2021, there were 39 homes sold, with a median sale price of $397,000 - a 15.5% decrease over the $469,850 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 50 homes sold in North Bethesda in March 2020.
