North Potomac home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in North Potomac fell by $1,500 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $750,000 - a 0.2% decrease over the $751,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in North Potomac in October 2019.

The median sales tax in North Potomac for 2020 was $7,690. In 2019, the median sales tax was $7,597. This marks an increase of 1.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1%.
