Fairland home prices fall in October 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2020 in Fairland fell by $87,000 while total sales increased by 58.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2020, there were 27 homes sold, with a median sale price of $310,000 - a 21.9% decrease over the $397,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Fairland in October 2019.

The median sales tax in Fairland for 2020 was $3,377. In 2019, the median sales tax was $3,283. This marks an increase of 2.9%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 1.1%.
