Potomac home prices unchanged in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Potomac was unchanged while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 600 homes sold, with a median sale price of $900,000. There were 514 homes sold in Potomac in 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $900,000.
