North Bethesda home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in North Bethesda rose by $17,000 while total sales increased by 5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 295 homes sold, with a median sale price of $712,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $695,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 281 homes sold in North Bethesda in 2017.

The median sales tax in North Bethesda for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,399, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for 2018.
