Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in 2018 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $20,000 while total sales decreased by 12.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through December of 2018, there were 542 homes sold, with a median sale price of $380,000 - a 5.6% increase over the $360,000 median sale price for the previous year. There were 622 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in 2017.
