Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County rose by $25,000 while total sales decreased by 57.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were eight homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,015,000 - a 2.5% increase over the $990,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Chevy Chase in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Chevy Chase for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,021, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
