Clarksburg home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Clarksburg rose by $67,750 while total sales increased by 78.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 25 homes sold, with a median sale price of $459,000 - a 17.3% increase over the $391,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Clarksburg in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Clarksburg for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,138, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
