Aspen Hill home prices rise in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Aspen Hill rose by $9,000 while total sales decreased by 16.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 36 homes sold, with a median sale price of $407,000 - a 2.3% increase over the $398,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 43 homes sold in Aspen Hill in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Aspen Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,420, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
