Derwood home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Derwood fell by $63,750 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $391,250 - a 14% decrease over the $455,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Derwood in January 2017.

The median sales tax in Derwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,947, approximately 1.3% of the median home sale price for January 2018.
