Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County fell by $216,250 while total sales decreased by 70%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $963,750 - a 18.3% decrease over the $1,180,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 20 homes sold in Chevy Chase in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Chevy Chase for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,021, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
