Travilah home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Travilah fell by $127,510 while total sales decreased by 77.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $792,500 - a 13.9% decrease over the $920,010 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Travilah in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Travilah for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $12,745, approximately 1.6% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
