North Potomac home prices fall in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in North Potomac fell by $178,750 while total sales increased by 11.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $483,750 - a 27% decrease over the $662,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in North Potomac in February 2017.

The median sales tax in North Potomac for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,380, approximately 1.5% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
