Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $35,000 while total sales decreased by 39.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 37 homes sold, with a median sale price of $375,000 - a 10.3% increase over the $340,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 61 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Wheaton-Glenmont for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,809, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
