Germantown home prices rise in February 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2018 in Germantown rose by $32,050 while total sales decreased by 39.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2018, there were 63 homes sold, with a median sale price of $332,000 - a 10.7% increase over the $299,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 104 homes sold in Germantown in February 2017.

The median sales tax in Germantown for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,915, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for February 2018.
