Aspen Hill home prices rise in March 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2018 in Aspen Hill rose by $34,750 while total sales increased by 37.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2018, there were 40 homes sold, with a median sale price of $419,750 - a 9% increase over the $385,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 29 homes sold in Aspen Hill in March 2017.

The median sales tax in Aspen Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,420, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for March 2018.
