Derwood home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Derwood rose by $37,521 while total sales increased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $472,521 - a 8.6% increase over the $435,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Derwood in April 2017.
