Poolesville home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Poolesville rose by $128,800 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were four homes sold, with a median sale price of $408,750 - a 46% increase over the $279,950 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Poolesville in April 2017.
