Germantown home prices rise in April 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2018 in Germantown rose by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 14.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2018, there were 73 homes sold, with a median sale price of $327,000 - a 2.2% increase over the $320,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 85 homes sold in Germantown in April 2017.

The median sales tax in Germantown for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,915, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for April 2018.
