Fairland home prices rise in May 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2018 in Fairland rose by $48,500 while total sales decreased by 18.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $355,000 - a 15.8% increase over the $306,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Fairland in May 2017.

The median sales tax in Fairland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,212, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for May 2018.
