Derwood home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Derwood rose by $27,250 while total sales increased by 46.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $502,250 - a 5.7% increase over the $475,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Derwood in August 2017.

The median sales tax in Derwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,947, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for August 2018.
