North Potomac home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in North Potomac rose by $5,100 while total sales remained unchanged with 17 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $645,000 - a 0.8% increase over the $639,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in North Potomac in September 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in North Potomac for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,380, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
