Derwood home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Derwood fell by $30,000 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 20 homes sold, with a median sale price of $429,500 - a 6.5% decrease over the $459,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Derwood in September 2017.
