Aspen Hill home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Aspen Hill rose by $26,033 while total sales decreased by 35.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $429,000 - a 6.5% increase over the $402,968 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 64 homes sold in Aspen Hill in September 2017.

The median sales tax in Aspen Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,420, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for September 2018.
