Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County fell by $51,000 while total sales remained unchanged with 17 homes sold, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $949,000 - a 5.1% decrease over the $1,000,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Chevy Chase in October 2017, as well.

The median sales tax in Chevy Chase for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,021, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for October 2018.
