Silver Spring home prices unchanged in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Silver Spring was unchanged while total sales increased by 31.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 59 homes sold, with a median sale price of $490,000. There were 45 homes sold in Silver Spring in October 2017, and the median sales price for the period was also $490,000.
