Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) home prices rise in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County rose by $67,000 while total sales increased by 54.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 17 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,059,000 - a 6.8% increase over the $992,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Chevy Chase in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Chevy Chase for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,021, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
