Fairland home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Fairland fell by $14,050 while total sales increased by 144.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $337,950 - a 4% decrease over the $352,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Fairland in November 2017.
