Chevy Chase (Montgomery County) home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Chevy Chase in Montgomery County rose by $127,750 while total sales increased by 66.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,091,500 - a 13.3% increase over the $963,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were six homes sold in Chevy Chase in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Chevy Chase for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $11,021, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
