Potomac home prices fall in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Potomac fell by $1,773 while total sales decreased by 23.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $800,000 - a 0.2% decrease over the $801,773 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 30 homes sold in Potomac in February 2018.
