North Potomac home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in North Potomac rose by $181,250 while total sales decreased by 10%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were nine homes sold, with a median sale price of $665,000 - a 37.5% increase over the $483,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 10 homes sold in North Potomac in February 2018.

The median sales tax in North Potomac for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $7,380, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
