Wheaton-Glenmont home prices rise in February 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2019 in Wheaton-Glenmont rose by $16,000 while total sales decreased by 13.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2019, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $391,000 - a 4.3% increase over the $375,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Wheaton-Glenmont in February 2018.

The median sales tax in Wheaton-Glenmont for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $3,809, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for February 2019.
