Aspen Hill home prices rise in March 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2019 in Aspen Hill rose by $60,250 while total sales decreased by 12.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2019, there were 35 homes sold, with a median sale price of $480,000 - a 14.4% increase over the $419,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 40 homes sold in Aspen Hill in March 2018.
