Derwood home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Derwood fell by $22,021 while total sales decreased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 10 homes sold, with a median sale price of $450,500 - a 4.7% decrease over the $472,521 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Derwood in April 2018.
