Aspen Hill home prices rise in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Aspen Hill rose by $17,500 while total sales increased by 10.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 31 homes sold, with a median sale price of $415,000 - a 4.4% increase over the $397,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 28 homes sold in Aspen Hill in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Aspen Hill for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,420, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
