Fairland home prices rise in June 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in June 2019 in Fairland rose by $11,100 while total sales increased by 171.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In June 2019, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $336,000 - a 3.4% increase over the $324,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Fairland in June 2018.
