Ashton-Sandy Spring home prices fall in the first half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2018 in Ashton-Sandy Spring fell by $120,250 while total sales decreased by 13.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2018, there were 32 homes sold, with a median sale price of $484,750 - a 19.9% decrease over the $605,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 37 homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the first half of 2017.
