Washington Grove home prices rise in the second half of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2018 in Washington Grove rose by $44,388 while total sales increased by 50%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2018, there were three homes sold, with a median sale price of $560,000 - a 8.6% increase over the $515,612 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were two homes sold in Washington Grove in the second half of 2017.

The median sales tax in Washington Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $5,385, approximately 1% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2018.
