Derwood home prices fall in August 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2019 in Derwood fell by $37,350 while total sales decreased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2019, there were 18 homes sold, with a median sale price of $464,900 - a 7.4% decrease over the $502,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 22 homes sold in Derwood in August 2018.

The median sales tax in Derwood for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,947, approximately 1.1% of the median home sale price for August 2019.
