Brookeville home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Brookeville fell by $110,000 while total sales decreased by 14.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 12 homes sold, with a median sale price of $660,000 - a 14.3% decrease over the $770,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 14 homes sold in Brookeville in the first half of 2018.
