Ashton-Sandy Spring home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Ashton-Sandy Spring rose by $90,250 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $575,000 - a 18.6% increase over the $484,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 32 homes sold in Ashton-Sandy Spring in the first half of 2018.
