Fairland home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Fairland rose by $17,100 while total sales increased by 10.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $342,000 - a 5.3% increase over the $324,900 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 68 homes sold in Fairland in the first half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Fairland for the most recent year with available data, 2016, was $4,212, approximately 1.2% of the median home sale price for the first half of 2019.
